twintips_17, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
You are trying to send a Private Message. To minimize unsolicited commercial messages, this functionality is only available to users that have been registered for at least 90 days and have made at least 100 posts. You may be able to email the user, if they have elected to receive email messages from other users.
I get that message everytime i try and post under my other name. I created this one just so i could figure this out. Any help would be great.

I guess you didn't read the TOS 
Use of multiple screennames is strictly prohibited. F150onlne.com has a zero-tolerance policy regarding this rule. Any person found be to utilizing more than one screenname will result in immediate termination of ALL screennames registered by the user in violation of this rule.
