How do you get the camera icon next to your name that takes people to your gallery?

 

The little camera: Click on "user CP", click on "edit profile", scroll down to the bottom and enter your gallery # in the box and save changes.

 

I'm trying to get the camera to link to my gallery, but my gallery is 5 digits instead of 4. Is there an issue of too many galleries? Everytime I link, it just shows the index of galleries.

 

I'm having the same problem. Did you figure it out?

Go to the main page of your gallery that shows the 3 albums and in the browsers address bar you'll see the URL with a 4 digit number at the end. This is what you need. If you only go to an album the number will be wrong.

OK can someone tell me what IM doing wrong? I started a gallery and logged into it. In the address it says the following:

ww.f150online.com/galleries/admin/usermenu.cfm?CFID=10422946&CFTOKEN=86619734

Theres no 4 digit number listed. I tried useing the last 4 on the end. What the heck im I doing wrong!!

I just searched for your gallery and here is the link:

Yours is a five digit number. You can enter 5 digits. Yours is 10699.

To find your url for your gallery click on the ? to the right of "Gallery Information" once you log into your gallery.

 

BlueFlareside thanks for your help! I went and added the 10699 in my profile and still doesnt show the camera beside my name??

I did this not sure what all it means but seen were it does show the 10699 number.

Maybe it is because you do not have any pictures in your gallery??

You did enter it in the last box in your profile information, right? It says the following then there is blank.

"Gallery Number
Enter the number of your F150online Photo Gallery (see your gallery URL ... mygallery.cfm?gnum=xxxx) and a small camera with a link to your gallery will appear."

Are you sure that after you entered the number in your Profile you clicked on the button "Save Changes"?

 

Well....For kicks in my gallery I went back and filled in all my truck info and the camera started showing up! Humm
