...a few different ways...

The first, and easiest, is to click on the little 'camera' icon that is located beneath their posts in the right corner. That is, if correctly set up, a direct link into their gallery.

The second, click on galleries and then search... type in the username. If they have a gallery, it should show.

The third, many folks have linked their gallery to their signature (like mine below).
