Hey guys...I've been trying to PM certain individuals and keep getting the message they I am restricted from doing so for one of two reasons. I am not sure if this is something that has to be activated or not, but if so would one of your mind doing so? I would greatly appreciate it!

One of the most frustrating things about the vBulletin forum software is that when you tell it to disable something, it still leaves backdoors into the functionality. In this case, you must have been on the forum for at least 90 days and have made at least 100 posts before being allowed to PM another user. We do this to cut down on spam, and such. The message on the page you saw should now say that.
