An online buddy, username mwatson69_2k, registered a couple days ago and still cannot post. Does the account need to be approved by a moderator? If so, can it somehow be expedited?

i believe theirs a confirm email you have to click,(whatever email address you signed up with should have gotten it) just click the link in the email and it will be activated

 

Spoke to mwatson69_2k again tonight. He never received the confirmation email (yes, he checked his spam/junk folder). Can an admin or a moderator re-send the confirmation email? Thank you!
