For the last couple of times that I have tried to post a reply, after clicking "submit" I get a message that "Web site is not responding, click reload ..." When I do that, I wind up with the post being repeated. If I just quit, the post doesn't appear. Since I've never had a problem before, what am I doing wrong now, or is there a problem with the site?

Are you on a broadband connection? I noticed that your ISP is one that often has problems of this nature; especially on their dialup connections.

 

This site tends to lock up for a couple minutes, and it happens every couple of hours. I noticed one time when you double posted was right when the site locked up on me also.

I think it has something to do with the backup program. It would be nice if it only ran once per day at about 3am.

 

I am on a dialup connection. Odd that it only happened on this site, only on "reply" posts,and only in the last few days. I didn't want anyone to think that I was too stoopid to read the note about clicking twice. I know that old age is kickin' in but.........
