Just an FYI...I posted my 2001 Lightning in your classifieds. I sold it to one of my neighbors, however, I went to the classifieds to try and delete it. It won't let you delete it, so I tried to edit the ad so I could put "sold". It won't let you do that either. I would appreciate if you could delete my classified. It's very difficult to work with. Seems once you post a classified, you can't change it in any way, and it can't be deleted either. You may have a glitch in the program.

You have an excellent forum here with very nice people on board. I was happy to be a part of it for a short while.

 

Hey Larry...

Were you logged in when you attempted to make these changes to your ad? Also, what procedure did you follow?

The procedure should be something along the lines of:

1. Log in to the site
2. Click on Classifieds at the top center of the main page.
3. Click on Manage Your Classifieds
4. Simply click on DELETE on the classified that you wish to expel
5. When the confirmation screen pops up, check the box stating that you do, indeed, wish to delete that particular ad, and then click delete.
6. Poof. It's gone.
