Do you have a particular pic in mind? The best way is to start a gallery and choose a pic out of there. It's pretty simple form there.
Get a pic uploaded to your gallery and we'll walk you through it.
Go to this link:

In the middle, click on "Creat My Gallery" and upload pix from your computer.
