Don't know squat about servers or network problems but if you read my thread "Hacked"on the GD forum, you are aware I know a lot about problems.
I feel your pain and wish a speedy recovery of the system.
As an aside, I mentioned my problem on another board, had a few problems with them as well in addition to my being horribly infected by adware. The owner of the site called me at home from Toronto, where he is based, to apologize for what he said might have been getting infected from his site. Seems his own system got hacked and some of this may have been passed on somehow to his site and thence to us.
Sadly, there is a lot of bad chit going on out there, a lot of bad guys and not a few providers that are not holding up their end of the bargain.
While some here may have "mentoring" issues with the wm or wms, this is not something to take issue with in my opinion. If the site don't work, Steve don't eat so it is in his best interests that it does work and knowing him just a bit I know he is busting his butt to make it work.
And no comments about *** kissing, OK, this is just the way I feel.

I to just got a lot of adware. when I log on and come to this site I got 3 or 4 popping up. I have 2 spyware programs and down loaded the Windows spyware what was recommended on the thread you started. I still get 1 popping up when I come to this site and I cant seen to stop it. I'm not sure if its me or this site?

I just logged off and came back on. I went to some other sites and it did not pop up. I then came here and it popped up.

Just kidding. As I said, this seems to be developing into a real problem as you well know since you helped me.
Hell, I don't even want to accept emails from my youngest daughter, single mom, who has two just on teenaged daughters.
While I hope they are not getting onto porno sites, they are on every music and "pre-teen" site that is on the net and I will bet they are just loaded with adware and other nasties.
Blasphemy of course but I do remember the days of 3 cent stamps and cheap telephones and that was how we used to communicate. Not to forget Kodak Brownie cameras, who's 3x5 photos used to circulate around the world.
Progress is indeed, painful.
