1st. Go to picture gallery and create your own gallery by uploading photos per instructions.

2nd When replying to a post or starting a new one, at the bottom of the form go to "F150online Photo Galleries" link.

3rd Find your photo gallery, right click on the photo you want to include in your post. Hit the properties key (Bottom of pop up menu) copy the url

4th Hit the IMG button at top of form, and paste the copy of the URL address, and hit ok.
