I've noted this coming up on a very sporadic basis when posting as well. Further, I know that the thread still existed within a publically available forum.
Like he mentioned, you click back and then click Submit Reply again and it goes through... I've been unable to replicate the problem and thus, to me, it seems VERY random.

Ditto here. The only other glitch I see with the site is it will occationaly stall.
