Okay. When did this flood control thing start where you have to wait 120 seconds between postings?

 

I haven't run into it personally but, it's probably the result of that Metallic Blue imposter from about a week ago?

 

This is the first I heard of this it must be somrthing new.

 

I don't know about you guys but flood control doesn't work over here! My basement got flooded this weekend! I had this site open and I still got flooded!!!

So Steve, why doesn't it work here?
