First, make sure that you are not in a new window. Many links are set to launch in a new window, this new window would have no history(back button). Also delete your temporary files, this is done through the TOOLS/INTERNET OPTIONS menu of the browser window. Lastly, run the scandisk program to be sure that there are no errors on your drive.

While browsing my back button doesn't work but once sometimes.
Other times it's just fine.
This happens all over the web not just this site.
Any thoughts?
