The yellow light bulbs are working fine for me.
Sorry I don't know much about these things so, I can't help with the solution.

 

I had problems with light bulbs using Internet Exploer 4.0
When I upgraded to 5.0 problem was resolved.

I am still having diffculties in bringing up the "New Topic of the day". Yesterday 8/6 showed only 1 new topic, can this be??
Suggestion: put a message board up when a particular link is down or not working properly.
It took me forever to read the new posts of the day 8/6, had to look at the dates of each Topic and scan everyone with 8/6 date.
