Creating a Poll in GD

is it possible for a user to start a poll in GD?

I did a search and found reference to it in FAQ and 01XLT Sport made an attempt in Testing1-2-3, however I don't see how it can be done.

Or is this something only a moderator can start?

I believe on this site only Moderators can start polls. I wish that we sometimes could start polls. I am on other sites and they help members get to know each other. Sometimes they do get out of hand though.

I attempted and failed. I later found out that only Moderators can conduct polls...

thanks.

too bad, it was going to be a funny poll.

now I will just have to do it the old fashioned way with text.

kind of loses the impact but it will have to do.

You can always email it over to me and I can post it on your behalf.

How's that for service from a Moderator?

Why can't 01 XLT Sport be the moderator of the liberals?

He could conduct F150online politcal polls and oversee the results.

Hell, it would be just like a Florida election!

7 recounts later and Bush still won the vote, not by a lot, but enough to be "The Man"...

That would work great because I would generate money for Steve and his site. I would charge each liberal $20 per vote. They would pay no problem since they love giving money to the government…

Well I think Bush <,edit> .............<edit>

Whoa! Glad I edited that.
I came this close to ending up in Guantanamo without a lawyer.
