If someone posts a large picture, that'll push all the text over to sit flush with the right side of the picture. Really not much you can do except increase your screen resolution, or get a bigger monitor, until people stop posting huge pictures

Apple's 23" HD Cinema Display is good for that too.

Just wish I had one.

i have a pretty big monitor, a 21" and i run 1600x1200, but even then on occasion ill run into one where im scrolling sideways. Thank god for broadband, with a 56k thats gotta be a pain.

BTW, you can pick up cheap 21 inchers on ebay all the time, but try to pick em up, because shipping will kill you. I have 2 21's, one of em weighs about 80 lbs and the other one is about 95. CRT's weigh a ton, but i love em, my desk hates em.

wow you actually watercooled it. I never understood that these days. Way back when, when were were barely cranking 15 fps out of mechwarrior 2, i understood overclocking, but these days, i just don't get it, i get 120 fps, or i can overclock and get 135 fps, but i would never notice. But it looks badass none the less.

01LightninBolt, get a second monitor, its the greatest thing to have. I have been doing dual monitor setups for about 5 years now, and I don't know what i would do without it, at work i feel craped without a second screen. I'm actually on my 3rd now, i have 2 21'ers, and a 19'. Greatest investment you can ever make to a computer. Also, unlike back in the day, you can use one card to drive both monitors. The geforce fx cards with both the 15 pin and the lcd connecter will let you run two monitors with one card, just make sure it comes with the dvi to 15 pin adapter. if not you can buy a dvi to rgb cable, which works nicely too.

Yeah there irc windows, im on 3 irc networks 24/7.
Meatbag, the eluminix boards are 75$ now, i didnt think id like it but i LOVE this keyboard...
I was gonna get some klipshe 5.1s, but went for the logitech z680s. (in addition to my sennheiser HD580s for gaming )
Also, i was going to go with watercooling too, but its really not worth it IMO, go air cooling or refridgeration but water has the cool affect.
I have my 2.8C p4 running at 3.7ghz on aircooling, thermalright SP-94 w/vantec tornado 92mm. Its really not that loud because i have it on a fan controller. This is also at 1100mhz FSB with 1:1 memory ratio, but to do that i had to get ram that was over 2x what even my cpu costed.
I see plenty of drives there, got a RAID setup? im running 2 10krpm raptors in raid 0, two 250gb drives, and two 120 gig drives

thanks for the info grinomyte, i think i may get another one its a 21' sony CPD-G520P but its 680$ !
Im all set with the video card, its an asus 9800xt, just got it last week, and it includes the adapter. What software are you using, or are you just using it with xp with no software? How did you get 3 monitors going?

well back in the days of win98, the os operated it just fine, i use win2000 now, but that doens't seem to support it, so im using nview since im using a nvidia card, not sure how you would do it wihtout, but im pretty sure 9800xt should have the software for it, if not my guess is that microsoft would have a downloadable software.

Im using a geforce fx 5600 for 2 and the 3rd is going into a gf4 pci card, its actually not up yet cause im fixing for space, but it should work fine. Before i used one card per monitor.

Check ebay for monitors, often cheap like i said before, suprisinly cheap.
