Customizing Links

Customizing Links

Can someone please explain how you "customize" a link?? In other words, instead of a link to my gallery showing the actual link info, how do you change it to say something like "My Gallery" and when someone clicks on it, it goes there.

There is my link to my gallery. I will have the actual link below so you can see what it looks like.

As you can see it has the actual link, but note the part I used bold type on. That is that what show’s in the actual post, or as you would put it “customized” so it does not show the actually link.

Notice where and how the [ bracket’s are used. There is a space in the first and last bracket so I could show you the above link with the “customized” part in it. When you do your customized link do NOT leave a space before the first and last bracket as I did above.

Where I have the bold type you can put what ever type of heading you want. I hope this helps some…
