Angry Windshield wiper pump not working

It's a fairly new pump, was working great before but now it will not work. The windshield wipers move normally in slow and fast but it will not squirt any windsheild wiper fluid. And now that it's winter and with frost and snow I hope I can get it working . I checked all the fuses in the fuse box and all seem right (20amps).

I'm not sure how it look's on a 83 but on my 96 the washer fluid tank has a wire connection on the bottom facing the driverside headlight, it just plug's in and could have just fallen off or is dirty.

If you havent verified already, have somebody run the pump while you check to see if the pump is actually turning on. You could have kinked/plugged lines or nozzles if the pump is running.

If the pump isnt running I would disconnect it and make a couple jumper leads to connect it directly to a voltage source (ie battery etc). If it runs you know youve got a switch or wiring problem, if it doesnt the pump is bad again.

The easiest thing to do would be to go down there with a test like and see if there is power and ground at the connector with the switch on.
