Approximate Value Estimate -- 1965 F100 Dual I-BEAM

I have an opportunity to ****** a 1965 Dual I-BEAM F100.... About how much should I expect to pay?

Here's the specs...

82K miles. Original EVERYTHING. Minor body damage. NO rust. Orig engine, tranny, rear end.

It'd be a real 'fixxer upper' but, I'm struggling to find out how much $ this thing is really worth... I'm looking for a project... looks like this might be it.

Any thoughts?

I would pay 5 thousand max. Around here you can find cmpletely restored 1960's f-100s for under 10 grand, they cost a lot to build but you don't get much if you sell em.
