When I installed my chip I noticed the difference right away. Some more power came on as I added some miles, but no near what happened right after I installed it. Did he reset his computer? Is he using a good grade gas?

Alright this is exactly what it did. This is a quote from my orginal thread after I installed it.

I raced my friends Infinity SUV which I usually beat by 1 1/2 to 2 truck lengths. But with the chip I was seriously about 6 truck lengths ahead and this was only up to about 70. We went from a roll where he could usually hang with me until 3rd gear. But I blew him away by 4 truck lengths.

Cool

Sprocket_X: It all depends upon how big the truck is. When Neal "HP Freak" Newman and I put my chip in, I didn't really noticed a HUGE difference but I didn't notice that it helped the truck. I did feel the difference in the tranny shifts. From estimates at the track, I dropped about 3 tenths off of the truck. Now keep in mind, my truck is 5000 lbs and 20 ft long.

Have Fun & Keep on Truckin'
