Hey Justin & Justin

Hey guys, I was just over at PC Magazine (online), and found a couple articles you might be interested in. These are not meant as a slam or a Mac vs. PC debate. I sincerely post these because you guys might find them interesting.

The first is where PC Magazine chooses the iMac over Gateway's wannabe iMac as the Editors' Choice, which, considering the cute Gateway commercials, I found surprising. Especially from the editors at PC Magazine.

The second one is also a review of Apples new server. I think you'll find it interesting regarding it's ease, and flexibility working with other OS's. Justin93F150, I am really directing this one more at you, since you might find it truly useful. Let me know what you think.

Take care,
~Chris

I'm actualy going to have to convert to a mac....a new "photo marketing" position at work is opening up and the main tool will be PhotoShop...only catch is the company I work for is getting a great deal on mac's so I'm going to mainly be using a mac at work, then coming home to my PC I guess I'll really see what I like better once I get used to the mac.

Yeah, it is. I like the look. But I have to tell you, if I had $6k to spend on a computer, I'd get a dual 1.25 G4 & a 22" LCD Cinema Display.

If you give them a fair chance, you'll love the Macs at your work. They will take a little getting used to, but it won't take long. Hopefully they will be running Jaguar (OS X 10.2).

Take care,
~Chris

thats not necessarily true about the games. if you go in a mac store, you'll notice that most of the modern games are being made for pc's and mac's also.

Without a doubt I would own a Mac if there was a decent selection of software for my trade. For some reason the companies that make sign specific software don't mess much with Macs.

The way I see it, anything that comes on one CD and costs a couple grand should run in a toaster if I so choose to try it!

I might just put in a purchase req for the XServe just to see how it handles our Intranet.

Thanks for the link. You might make a believer out of me yet.
