as you all know i have a 1992 f with the l6 a wile ago it started to pop around corners but now it it is popping and cracking everytime i turn a corner or go down a bumpy road it just pops and cracks its little heart out and it is coming from the bed or rear underneath area i have checked everything back there springs ,shackles,every mount ,rivet ,bolt and evrery thing looks good and this **** is driving me banannas i cant take it anymore! has anyone else had this problem where do i look i dont want to take it to the ford garage and have themm waste a tank of gas and $150 bill to tell me nothings wrong i heard there was a tsb on the bed bolts so i replaced them still no luck someone please help!i could wait till whatever it is breaks to find out but i haul a quad most of the time on the weekends you know for those hard i mean fun to reach spots. lol

my radius arm bushings are worn and they make all kinds of noise,wanted to get some from pst but they dont make them for 94s just up to 92 good luck mike

 

I think the bushing's are all the same from 87-96

 

the noise is coming from the rear and i already replaced the radias arm bushings (no fun at all )i dont know what to do this noise or noises are driving me crazy
