No offense to anyone. I purchased a "new" 93 F150 and would like to research more info on it. I like this site, but like many others out there, I have noticed that it is mainly geared for +97 models.

Any suggestions for websites "specializing" in pre 97 F150's.

I noticed that your truck has the 4R70W tranny. The exact same tranny as my 98 Mustang GT. I installed a transgo shift kit in mine. My kit did not come with an installation video but someone from Stangnet.com was really cool and sent me his video free. If you buy a transgo kit and for some reason it is missing the video, just shoot me an email and I will ship it on over to you.

The standard instructions are pretty good but the video really gave me some confidence since i am a visual type learner.

How were the shifts, what level did you install it on, and do you get a nice bark of the tires on the 1 - 2 WOT upshift.
