I see you accetoned your badges, where did you get the accetone and what does it come in or whatever?

 

You can get it at any hardware store, it comes in a little metal can.

Sproket, were the new badges a direct fit?

 

ya...little metal can like he said. You have to make sure you get badges for a 99-02 F150 98-down doesn't work...and NO they weren't a direct fit, I had to break 2 plastic stud off the back of the badges but the adhesive they come with is really good. Acetone the badges before you put them on the truck...it's a lot easier.

I've heard break cleaner also works instead of acetone but I havn't tried.
