I ordered everything!
Last night I just finished putting on my new front end!
New crystal headlights and corner lights, clear turn signals, Blue/white bulbs, Billet Grill, and black alteeza's, oh and also some F150 badges from a 99-02 acetoned! It totaly looks like a different truck!

New Black background Alteeza's will fit 80-96

Comes with an extention that u drill into the factory latch and bolts to it, and it is perfect.

no..I had to break off 2 plastic studs from the back of them.

As for the hood latch I made my own...the one they sent me just didn't seem right...the directions sucked but from what I could understand they wanted my to drill a hole on the top of where the grill mounts. I just found a thick piece of plastic and extended the latch so I barely put my finger tips in the grill to get it to open.
