Oil in throttle body/sluggish

I need some help. I have a 95 5.0. I can't remember the name of it, but the tube that runs from the valve cover at the oil fill to the air intake is sucking a lot of oil into the throttle body. How can I keep this from happening? Next question, the truck just started to get really sluggish after it warms up and especially when the A/C is on. The check engine light comes on a little bit later. Is this because of the oil in the throttle body or is it something else?
Thanks

The first thing you need to do is replace your PCV valve, and the filter that sits below it. Next, you need to pull the codes from the ECM, and see what it's been trying to tell you.

Take care,

I checked the PCV and it was dirty but not clogged. What is the filter below it? I don't remember seeing that.
