Anyone replaced a bench seat in an older F-250/350?

Has anyone changed out a full bench seat in an older F-250/350 for a split bench or bucket seats?

I am looking at purchasing an older 250 or 350, and the ones I have seen, only have the full bench seat.

I was wondering how much effort it would be to change the seats, and if it was really diffcult or even possible without major modificaitons.

Thanks,
TJ

I have changed some full benches to the split benches in some of our work trucks and it is a bolt in swap. Four bolts is all that holds either style in. As far as the buckets go - i cant help you there.

Thanks for the input. I am looking at trucks between 1987 and 1992. I guess the use of "older" was not completly on target.

PSD,
I swaped my bench seat out of my 1991 F-250 to a sliding bucket seat made by Qualitex.
It was a direct fit......no problems at all.
I won an auction on ebay for the seat.....i think it was around $400 for everything and it was brand new.
