hey curt73@aol.com...

i noticed you have the rancho 4" suspension lift on your truck. have you had any problems aligning your truck? i have a 3" body lift and im looking to replace it with a suspension lift and i noticed that the ranchos have had trouble with camber adjustment on the 87-95 suspension lifts (for boh 2 and 4wd). they even warn against it on their website. anyways, just wondering what you think about your kit. by the way, is your 89 4wd or 2? thanks for the info!

sorry, i didn't see the post until today, anyhow. my truck is 4wd. my lift is cool and at first i thought i had a camber issue. i had to do a lower ball joint and axle universal. when i was done i went to get my new tires and allign it. after 3 months my right front tire was getting a little worn. so i went back and they either didnt align it right or it went out again. it was out 3 degrees so i think they messed up. i didnt notice how bad it was until after i adjusted my steering box. then i noticed the alignment was off. as far as camber and caster it is fine. i have checked it twice my self. i wouldn't go with rancho again though. it rides really rough but i think thats because of the shocks. i like it and all but if i were to do it again i would go with a different manufacterer.
