Removing a Body Mount

I have a bad right front body mount. I removed the nut from the inside of the engine compartment, but I can't get the bolt free. I can take a pry bar and pry down on it and the body raises but the bolt is stuck in the damaged bushing.

Where am I going wrong?

Justin

Is there any way to try and unscrew the thing? Like try to get vise grips on it and unscrew it..

Spray the that b*tch with some penetrating lube.Let it sit over night and clamp a vise grip on the bolt head, then try an impact gun on the nut.
If that doesn't work, try it in reverse. (impact gun on the bolt head)
It might unscrew itself out of the body mount.
If it's still stuck, use a long punch or a long thinner bolt and push it out.
I had the same problem when i replaced my body mounts.
I actually used a 2 foot piece of reebar and beat that b*tch out.
Hope this helps.
