94 i6 4.9L Fuel rail/injector leaking?

I'm not a mechanic so pardon my ignorance. My truck is running rough and I noticed the fuel rail/injector seems to be "wet" and I see smoke coming out of it. My suspicion is the injector is either leaking or it's plugged and it's blowing back and that's why the pipe looks "wet". Any help is greatly appreciated! I saw a few videos on youtube removing the whole plenum to get to the injectors but I read there's an easier way without removing the whole thing but I can't find any videos. I'm hoping someone here can help me out as I learn. I filmed it and link can be found here Video

Thank you!

that video is of the air injector rake for the fresh air injection into the exhaust ports on the head.
and if anyone can change that or the actual fuel rail without removing the intake plenium, then Houdini will no longer be the greatest escape artist of all time.

Thank you for the clarification! Any idea what could be causing the symptoms and the "smoke"? Not sure where to start...

looks like the rail is leaking at the compression fitting from not ever being properly tightened, looks like you might get a wrench on the one in the video. I would try some penetrating oil on it overnight before trying to tighten it. Good possibility the plenium will have to come off to get access to the other five.
