Crank no start , I've put a new distributor w/cap , rotor and new plugs a new coil

Crank no start , I've put a new distributor w/cap , rotor and new plugs a new coil

New icm and new ignition switch my coil continues to send spark with the key just turned on but not in the start position. And I don't know what's wrong? Any help with this one?

Something I don't understand - how can it be sending spark with the key on but not cranking or running?
