New window regulator and motor..up is down down is up

Just installed a new aftermarket regulator with motor . Push the up button to go down and the down button to go up. Any ideas before I button up the door panel.

Motor is wired backwards.

Changed the wires on 1 end of the pigtail that came with the motor and works perfectly fine..
