Bought this 1993 Ford F150 Xlt with 5.0/302. Ran great when i bought it a week ago...went out to start it up...won't crank! (Turns over, won't crank) My daughter had put a wrong key in the ignition...i replaced that! Still won't start, ...checked all fuses, all relays...ALL GOOD! Checked fuel pressure and fuel pump ALL GOOD! Changed out the electronic ignition on column...Still won't start. Replaced distubuter module on firewall, replaced coil, replaced ECM computer. Found a ground wire off battery that wasn't grounded good...still turns over...still won't crank......checked the connector wires going to the coil...getting pulse. I'm at a stand still. PS. checked all wiring harness & wire connectors...all looks great.

Check the compression just to see what you are dealing with mechanically. Are you getting spark at the plugs?

You mean it cranks but won't start?

Did you check the fuel pressure with a gauge? It needs to be at least 30 psi or so to start. Have you checked for spark at the plugs?

Tester:

Amazon Amazon

Parts stores have fuel pressure gauges in their loaner tools. There is a Schrader valve test port on the rail.

You say you HAVE replaced the ignition control module? Next possibility is the distributor pickup coil.
