My truck isnt getting gas from the rear tank the fuel pump is humming constantly what can i do

 

If the pump is running constantly it usually means there is a problem with the PCM or its circuit. The pump should run about three seconds after turning the key to run.Try pulling the computer codes and check the fuses.

 

Thank you rikard i checked my fuses they are good something is making my fuel pump run all the time when i lower the tank about 14 inches away from the frame it will start right up could there be a short with the wires on the top of my tank it will not start when i tighten my tank up to the frame

 

Howdoi get my fuel filfer off after iget the clips off i cant seem to get the fuel lines off i have the clips removed any help is appreciated
