I have a 1992 ford f150 302 that the steering box needs rebuilt but don't have the time and money right now so I was wondering if it is possible that the steering box would fit off of my 1990 f150 inline 6. Does any body know?

 

Should be the same. Go to rock auto's site and compare part numbers for both trucks.
They used the same steering gear for ranger all the way up to F350 so the only thing is years and I don't think they changed it between90 and 92
