89 F150 won't start

89 F150 won't start

Have 1989 F150 with 351 Windsor. When I turn the key, lights on the dash come on. When I rotate to start the lights go off and I do not hear the starter engage. I have replaced the solenood and starter, battery cables and calbe to starter. The battery is good and has a good charge. I suspect the ignition cylinder or ignition switch.

The confusing part is the lack of starter engaging and lights going out. Any ideas?

Has the battery actually been load tested?

battery has been tested and passed. 800 CA.

If it's an auto try shifting in and out of park. If no luck check the ignition switch under the dash had to replace mine for having an intermittent issue like this.
