Spins over wont start

I have a 92 f150 4x4. I have fuel pressure, pulled a plug, grounded it, I have fire 🔥. Changed the ign. Module.. Pulled the gas cap off and noticed that the fuel pump constantly runs. Changed the relay. Still won't start. What the what..... Anyone got any suggestions.

is it fuel injected or carburated? are you sure fuel is getting to the cylinders? it's the only thing missing from the equation if your getting spark. If you can get someone to help, take the air cleaner off and while someone cranks it over you should see fuel spraying down the bore of the carb/ tbi. Another option is to spray some ether in the carb and give it a crank, if you get a sputter it's fuel related

You said you have fuel pressure - how much ? That can be a common misconception - there's pressure so it should be ok. NOT. 20 psi will shoot fuel and bounce it off the ceiling, but it won't start your truck.
The only way to check it is with a gauge. It needs to be at least 30 for a v8 or 93 up 4.9 (over 40 is better) and between 45 to 60 psi for a pre-93 4.9.
So exactly how much fuel pressure do you have ? After spark, fuel pressure is the next test.

1992's are all port fuel injected. Your old school advice is right on - for carb or TBI.

Did not know it was port injected glc, I'm not as familiar with Ford engines other than the 5.4 in my truck and the carbed 302/351. Would I be correct then to say if you shot some ether in the air intake and he got a sputter or short run out of the engine it would nail down a fuel system issue?

Check the compression. And like someone else said, make sure of the fuel pressure by checking it with a gauge.

What engine and how many miles by the way?
