Post 1985 F150 transmission mount

Hello,

I have a bad transmission mount on my 1985 F150. The problem is I can't find the correct size. I have checked all local parts stores and Ford dealership and purchased two online but they are all too small. When my year, make and model is typed in, it gives me a mount with a 6" plate but I need one with a 7 3/8" plate. Any suggestions on websites for older Ford parts?

Thanks!

Which engine and transmission do you have?

Try lmctruck.com or start searching junkyards.

Thank you glc for the information. I will try that website. The truck is a 5.0 automatic 4wd. I was told that maybe the transmission was replaced but I doubt it. I am the second owner.

C6 or AOD? The 85 302 could have either.

It has a 302 high output with an overdrive transmission. I emailed the website you gave me and they asked me to send them the vin number and maybe they could help me. Thanks.

Okay, then you need one for an AOD.
