Oil pump question

Low oil pressure on my 88.going to replace the oil pump soon. Any ideas about high pressure or high volume oil pumps or a standard output oil pump. Don't know enough to choose wisely.

What makes you think the oil pressure is low? The factory gauge is a fake.

If you want advice, you have to PROVIDE more information than you want.

Replaced the factory oil gauge with an aftermarket one, then replaced THAT just in case. Still the same readings.
