94 F150 Overheating Issue

Been driving my dad's 94 F150 V8 302 while my 93 is getting a new transmission. His is pretty fast and sounds really nice, And today i was giving her hell, pedal to the floor off the line, burnouts, all that. I noticed at one point i was going 85+ (speedo stops there) and i noticed the temp gauge way high. Pull over pop hood all that, its got antifreeze on the washer fluid/coolant box, and now it's running incredibly hot. No idea what's going on

when was the last time the coolant was changed? did you check to see if the thermostat got stuck closed? is the head leaking? block cracked? one of your hoses burst? is your radiator clogged? if you want to get in depth and check the manifold and see if it's clogged/cracked. another word of advice is stop driving like an a**hole. nothing you did, did any favors for that truck what so ever.
