Fellow Blue Oval people, I have a bit of a issue with my truck. Seems my battery light flickers on at time and I'm not sure why....parts guy checked battery, alternator and charging system. All are with in good ranges. It happens at road speed as well as idle. Truck engine runs smooth at speed and idle. anyone have any ideas?

 

Alternator may be testing good, but the brushes are probably bouncing. Time for an alternator. Mine was doing that, when I hit 3500 rpm the light would come on and the parts store tester said it was fine.

i would suspect the alternator also
