What is the truck going to be used for? What rpm range do you want the motor to really work well?

What's your budget?

Is it .030" over now, or are you putting new pistons in, too? Stock compression ratio?

I don't have any suggestions, but those that might know about your motor will want a little more info to work with.

FWIW, in my experience with other motors, camshaft choice is critical. Too hot for the application can suck, as can too mild. Choose the cam for your needs, then make the other mods to suit the cam.

Consult a professional engine builder. After all is said and done, it is the combination that will work, not a mish-mash of parts. You will need to know what the engine will be used for, what trans, final drive gear ratio, tire setup, etc. Get all of your information and visit a pro.

Best advice you could get on this.

The cam and heads, alone with the valvetrain within the heads, are all going to be specific towards an application, and crucially need to be assembled as a group, rather then a collection of goodies.

it is already bored over .030 , with an rv cam and I was not planing on putting in new pistons. i was just planing on touching the top-end on the motor. it currently makes 169hp and 268 lbs torque, the hp and torque peek and 3500 rpm and they drop quickly after that. the trans was geared and built for towing. on the dyno it did 101.6 mph at 5000 rpms. i just was the the truck to pull some people out, burn the road up,and throwing some mud around.
