Well, the move is finished...got a garage again and I've been eyeballing the axle. I hate to admit it but I think I may be throttling back my plans a bit. With about $4K invested in the front axle already and another grand to finish I am not liking the financial outlay to finish this project as it was originally conceived.

I leaning more towards finishing the axles/4bt Cummins light resto to the rest of the truck. I'm estimating that would have another $10k invested and a sound/reliable toy.
