Hey,

Jut got a 96 f150 with a 92 dana44 ifs front end. It needed outer passenger side ujoints badly to pass safety check... After about 5 hours of work i got it all apart and the old u joints pressed/ beat out with a bfh.

I purchased.moog 377 joints with the zerks... Inserted the joint and the caps on two sides and threw it in the vise... And next thing i know i broke my vise and one of my yoke ears is slightly bent. I got the intermediate and outer stub shaft @ a shop now to see if they can rectify the problem.

What im asking is in the event it is not salvagable what are my aftermarket options for a axle? Yukon gear? And do i have to replace the whole passenger side or just the bent yoke?

And does anyone know what the part # is for the rotating diaphram seal that mounts on the inside of the knuckle?? Part shops have no clue and rock auto doesnt list it.
