72 f100

I have a 72 f100 with the 300 six I need a motor .O ne out of a 90's looks like it would fit but would I have to change the head?

Not sure if the head is different for an EFI vs carb truck. I'd imagine it is.

The head is different as is the camshaft and a few other items that support the EFI.
