Okay so i have the 92 F150 XLT 5.0 and i have trouble starting it all the time, I turn the key on and the fuel (either of them depending on the one selected) will run continuously, and wont shut off, somtimes it will still start but if it does it will be stuck in second gear and running extremely rich. i have to keep turning on and off the key till the pump turns off and sometimes it takes up to an hour to do! Both fuel pumps are brand new, fuel pressure regulator is new, and so is the fuel filter... cant figure it out, PLEASE HELP!!!

 

You have a failed EEC relay, EEC, fuel pump relay, and/or ground at any of those locations. Do you know how to run a multimeter?
