1988 4.9 Idle Issue

I've replaced both fuel pumps, lines and filters, the fuel pump relays, the EEC, IAC, map sensor, 02 sensors, cleaned out the EGR, tweaked the timing, and my truck still won't stay running at an idle. After coming to a stop or at a cold start, it acts like its not getting enough gas and chokes itself to a stall. No codes are being thrown, fuel pressure and oil pressure are great, but I'm at my wit's end. I would appreciate any suggestions because I'm completely stumped. Thanks guys

Does it stay running if you give it gas while idling?

Yes it does stay running if you give it gas quickly enough.
