AOD Tranny with All Forward Motion

I have a 1993 F150 with a 302 and an AOD transmission. The transmission seems to be stuck in drive. I can start it OK in Park or Neutral, but once I try to give it a little gas it moves forward. It does this in Reverse, Neutral, and all Drive positions right away, and after it warms a bit it even tries to lunge forward when in Park if you goose the throttle.

Any ideas what this could be? I've heard stuck valve in valve body and I've heard warped or seized forward clutch assembly.

Like most everyone else, I'm on a tight budget right now and I'm looking for the simplest and cheapest fix possible.

Thanks!

If it is only starting in P/N, I'd say the linkage isn't the problem. If you are a budget, easiest would be a good donor and swap it. I have 3 or so in my hoard, they don't get the big money like a C6 or E4OD.

Find a good tranny place, pull codes, even if theres no engine light, there could be a code, like my case, stupid neutral switch sensor.
$200 vs a new tranny($800-$1200) im on a budget as well, but id rather spend $200 and not $800 later on..
