Not worth the time or effort unless you're doing some major engine build work IMO. And I say that being the owner of a mass air truck. For the time and effort there are a lot of other things you can do that will net you more in terms of gains. As for tuning, you can do a lot with speed density. Quite a few of the 1st gen Lightning owners stayed speed density with forced induction builds without tuning issues.
