does anyone know if theres any top speed limiter on my truck (1989 F-150)? just wondering, because i took my truck out on an empty road near my house and ran it as fast as it wouild go and the speedometer went way past the last number (85) and yes i have had my speedo calibrated after the gears and tires. thanks for the help!

 

If I remember correctly a buddy of mine has a similar truck and there was a speed limiter at 101 mph.
